Saturday: 11:30am - 2pm - Race bag pick up - Waltham pool

Sunday: Race Day

• IMPORTANT roads will close at 7:30am so everyone needs to be parked at Lake Rua by this time (or walk in from outside the road closure)

• Start times (provisional)

  • 7:30am - Sprint Tri Males  

  • 7:40am - Sprint Females

  • 7:50am - Sprint Tri non drafting wave + terra firma

  • 8:35am - Youth (13-16 years)

  • 8:50am - Intermediate Tri/Du 10-12 year olds

  • 8:55am - Try a tri/du

  • 9:30am - kids 5-9 years wade

• Prize giving 10:30am
