SWIM ONLY RACE OPTIONS

As well as all our multi disciplinary events we offer a two swim only options. Choose from either the 1 lap 750m swim or 2 lap 1500m swim.

The swim races will start with, or in a wave shortly after, the classic sprint triathlon depending on participant numbers. Swimmers will have different colour swim caps to the individual triathletes.

SWIM 750m

Complete 1 lap of the lake, exit the water and head straight to the finish arch to complete your race.

SWIM 1500m

At the completion of the first lap round the yellow buoy to commence a 2nd lap
