Friday 27th November 1-6pm - Race bag pick up - venue Frontrunner Colombo

Saturday 28th November 10:30-2pm - Race bag pick up - venue Frontrunner Colombo

Sunday 29th November - Provisional Schedule (changes possible subject to entry levels).

  • We need ALL athletes to be parked by 8:20am at the latest (including those doing the kids race). We suggest all others arrive a good 1hr before their race start to allow time to set up.

  • 8:15am - Classic Tri + Teams Challenge + Terra Firma (duathlon) + AQUABIKE

  • 8:40am - Secondary Schools Tri

  • 8:45am - Try a Tri/Du + Junior Tri/Du

  • 10:00am - Kids (5-9 years) mini tri

  • Prize giving to follow as soon as possible after final competitor finishes
